Symptoms
When attempting to convert an FPO to a batch, the following error occurs.

APP-GMD-81134: No validity rules exist for validity rule specified criteria
The quantity is 200 LTR, it is being converted to one single batch, with a start date of 03-JAN-2019.
The validity rule is for exactly 200 LTR, min and max, and has start date of 31-DEC-2018
Customer reports that the FPO was created using Product Output tab, which mimics what the FPO conversion should be doing, so why was the FPO able to be created but not converted to a batch?
