ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer defined account level profile group not displayed on Customer Profile Setup Form CSCSECPS

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create new customer profile group.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Service> Customer Manager> Customer Profile > create a new profile group defined at account level
2. Close the form
3. Reopen the form and go back to Profile Groups tab
4. Cannot find the newly defined profile group code.
