Cancel ASN: RVSCO-0551: ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 2494962.1)

Cancelling an ASN throws the following error.
In this case the ASN has 15 shipment lines.
Five lines were successfully cancelled first.
Cancelling the remaining 10 lines throws the following error.
All the 15 lines have the same asn_lpn_id XXXX populated.
The error occurs only when the asn_lpn_id is not null.

RVSCO-0551: ORA-01403: no data found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) (N) Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Manage Shipments
2. Query by the ASN shipment number
3. (M) Tools > Cancel
4. Error occurs.
