On : 12.2.6

When attempting to update tasks the following error occurs.

ORA 29861 Domain index is marked LOADING / FAILED / UNUSABLE


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Error occurs when assigning tasks, updating tasks or a Debrief.
