APTCMT: 1099 Electronic Media failed with the following messages:

MSG-00020: After get_address
MSG-00013: After Custom_Init
REP-2103: Column 'C_B_record' : PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value.
MSG-00020: After SRWEXIT
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-2103: MSG-00003: After Get_NLS_Strings
