R12: Error -' You are trying to access a page that is no longer active' while adding financial task in Impact section

Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Change Management
When attempting to update the impact of a change order and to select the related task
the following error occurs.

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active
The referring page may come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects Super User responsibility > Control tab > Change Orders
2. Click on Update Impact for the specific change order.
3. Enable the Financial impact
4. Click on the Impacted Task Name LOV
5. Select Task Name.
6. Error occurs
