Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Learning Management - Version 12.2 HRMS RUP10 and later

Symptoms

Maximum attendees is defaulted as 999999999 for the default classes which gets created for online asynchronous offering. If the online asynchronous offering being created has no maximum attendees
specified,  then the default class is created with max attendees as 999999999.

This is leading to row lock errors when enrolling many learners.
