E-Mail Center: Attachments Of Type .msg Will Be Saved As "unknown" And Cannot Be Opened Any Longer (Doc ID 2495887.1)

Symptoms

When agents attempt to open email messages which contain ".msg" files as attachments, the attachments do not open as it is displayed as "Unknown".
These attachments are named "NULL" & do not have any extensions.

Steps:

(R) Email Center Agent Console
(N) Home > Inbox

  - Open the email message
  - Open the email message as attachment
