The Credit Memo Closed the Transaction, But the Line Balance Remaining as Non-Zero. (Doc ID 2496747.1)

Symptoms

The tax amount does not calculate correctly, if the invoice has multiple tax round rules.

1. Create a transaction.

2. Create a receipt 300.

3. Create a CM by the Credit Balance button.

4. Save it and complete it.

The tax amount is calculated incorrectly after completing the CM.
