Performance Issue for Receipt Line Selection 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System Should allow the GRR line creation without any performance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to India local inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to Transactions-->Receiving > Receiving Transaction
3. select the lines

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Receipt delivery has been delayed affected on job releasing.
