Symptoms

When attempting to receive some purchase order lines, the following error occurs.

Error
rvtptcontrol failed
The item is not Express allowed in the destination organization


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receiving>Receipts
2. Try to perform the receipt.
