Unable to Enter an end date to grade.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N) UK HRMS Manager >> Work Structures >> Grade Description
2. Query Grade and enter end date -> On clicking save nothing happens
3. On closing form. Click Yes. But same happens – nothing and keep getting the same message on trying to close the form -> Do you want to save the changes....?

4. If clicking delete instead of entering an end date. Click yes -> Error is raised
APP-PAY-07834: You cannot delete this grade, it is currently assigned -->there are no employees assigned to this grade
