Symptoms

Blanket purchase agreement is not available in search to create releases and doesnot appear on the LOV search
but still amount is available and unable to release


STEPS TO REPLICATE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Releases > Search for BPA # > no results
