E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Administration Notification Worklist related issues
From the More Info Request page, if you click on Submit button multiple times, multiple more info request lines are recorded in the Action History.
Expected Behavior
There will only be one entry created for the More Info. request in the Action History.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log into EBS and open a notification with Request More Info button enabled.
- Click on Request More Information button multiple times. Notification is sent for More Information Request.
- Log in as user who received the More Information Request.
- Open the Notification. There are multiple entries recorded in the Action History.
