Closed Task In eBusiness Suite Is Not SHowing As Closed In Mobile Field Service Multplatform (Doc ID 2497761.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Multiplatform iOS General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tasks is Closed in eBusiness Suite Application, but in Mobile Field Service Multi platform iOS device the tasks status is not closed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that when tasks are closed in application they should be closed in Mobile Field Service after sync

ISSUE SCOPE
--------------------
Issue not specific to any task or task type

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application and go to Service Responsibility
2. Navigate to to Universal Work Queue > Select Task > Actions > Closed Tasks > Apply
3. Re-query the Service Request Window > Tab Tasks > Task Status is closed
4. Go to Mobile Field Service Apps using iPad > Click Sync > The tasks is still displayed
