ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using the Line Scheduling Workbench users can create flow schedules on line that are not setup on that items routing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The system should not able to create flow schedules in Line Scheduling Workbench for an item that does not have a routing for that line.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup item routing.
2. Create flow schedules via Line scheduling Workbench.
3. Create flow schedule line without item routing attached.
4. Flow schedule line is created without item routing attached.
