Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customer Usage

Poor performance is occurring when updating Customer information in Receivables.
Database trace files show that the poor performance is occurring in Order Management.

1. Receivables Responsibility
2. Navigate to Customers
3. Query up an existing Customer
4. Make changes and click the Save button.
