Assets Enterprise Command Center Dashboard Error: Invalid filter for attribute ORG_ID (Doc ID 2498378.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Assets Enterprise Command Center the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid filter for attribute ORG_ID. "values" attribute must have at least one value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Logged in for Enterprise Command Center
Select Assets
