How to remove the Current Benefits function from the Self-Service Human Resources Mobile App if you aren't using Oracle EBS Benefits?

Upon clicking the Current Benefits function if you see the following error:

No Enrollment Data Found

 First check if this is expected by going to the same employee record in Employee Self-Service > Benefits function.
