Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Application Object Library, Basic SysAdmin related issues
After a user account has been locked due to incorrect attempts, users are still able to login to a locked account.
In other cases see application user accounts incorrectly getting locked.
For example, with 'Signon Password Failure Limit : 8' if the user types a wrong password 5 times, and then he types correct password 6th time he will log in successfully.
But next time when same user tries a wrong password 2 times, the user account will be locked.
