PIM 12.2.8 UI Displaying Internal Values Of Attributes Instead Of Display Value (Doc ID 2498741.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After upgrading EBS to 12.2.8, item attributes are displayed its internal value instead of display value.

Expected Behavior
Item attributes should be displayed its display value, not internal value.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Search items before upgrading EBS to 12.2.8
    ==>Item attributes are displayed its display value.
    eg.
      Inventory Item = "Yes"
      Locator Control = "No locator control"
      Lot Control = "No lot control"


  2. Search items after upgrading EBS to 12.2.8
    ==>Item attributes are displayed its internal value instead of display value.
    eg.
      Inventory Item = "Y"
      Locator Control = "1" (it should be "No locator control")
      Lot Control = "1" (it should be "No lot control")
