RACUST: How To Update Customer Address Using NULL Values (Doc ID 2499461.1)

Goal

On : 12 version, Customer Interface (RACUST), Unable to update Customer Address

When fields in the interface table are left NULL/Blank the data is not changed.

For example Address lines are as follows:
Address Line 2 QUEEN'S ROAD EAST
Address Line 3 SNEEUWBESLAAN
Postal Code 26109

If the update record  in RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE_ALL  leaves these fields NULL/blank.    The data will not be changed.
Any values placed in the fields updates customer site address.
