There are many error transactions in csi_txn_errors table with the following error

You have Material Transaction_id (&transaction_id) pending Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Try to find the record for the mentioned transaction_id in csi_txn_errors or even mtl_material_transactions table, cannot find any.
