CUSTOMER_PO_NUMBER Is Not Getting Copied Over To New Service Request (Doc ID 2500004.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CUSTOMER_PO_NUMBER is not getting copied over to new Service Request using Tools 2>Copy Request


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the PO Number gets copied to new Service Request using Tools 2>Copy Request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service Responsibility
3. Navigate to Service Requests >Create Service Requests
4.Query for any existing Service Request which has PO Number filed populated
5.Tools 2>Copy Request and Include all required options and click Copy

Observe that CUSTOMER_PO_NUMBER is not getting copied over to new Service Request using Tools 2>Copy Request
