Symptoms
On : 12.2.7 version,
When attempting to resize the Incident Address "Address" field in the Service Request form using Folders functionality, the following error occurs.

FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in SET_GROUP_NUMBER_CELL failed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Service Request form
2. Using Folder Tools, try to resize the Incident Address "Address" field
3. The reported error occurs
