Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, US Federal Financials enabled environment,
When attempting to reserve funds for a Purchase Order which has been created from a requisition, the following error occurs,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
GL BC Packets are empty. Event 6447623 is not processed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO from approved requisition
2. Do Funds check
3. Get Error:
Funds check fails with Exceptions:
Your Budgetary Control action completed with exceptions.
4. Click View Result to see detail of errors:
The account is not found. Please inform your system administrator or support
representative that:
The code combination identifier from the source Distribution Charge Account
associated with Account Derivation Rule Rulename FV 4801 (Purchasing) owned by
User by application is NULL.
GL BC Packets are empty. Event 6463670 is not processed.
The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
