Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, GST Receivables

When attempting to give Organization and location in AR Transactions > Tools > India Tax Details,
the following error occurs.

FRM-41051 You can not create records


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AR Transaction
2. Navigate to Tools > India Tax Details > Provide Organization and Location and click on Proceed
3. Observe Error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create AR transactions
