On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Description field does not wrap in iProcurement lines after application of CPU <Patch 28018146>

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Description field should wrap

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility
2. Requisitions -> Search -> Requisition Number
3. Select the requisition -> then click on the Details button for the first line
4. Observed that Description field does not wrap
