Getting an Error Page while trying to delete a structure component.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError, msg=oracle/apps/bom/common/StructureComponent
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.j

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: GDLS Item and BOM Creation and Maintenance User > Item Simple Search > Item ###
2. Click to open the Configuration page
3. On the Structures page, click to open the Primary structure
4. Check box to select component ###
5. Choose 'Delete' in the LOV, and click the 'Go' button
6. Get error page
