Request For More Information Notification Has Approve And Reject Buttons (Doc ID 2501081.1)

In Oracle iProcurement, Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Workflow, Release 12.2.5 and higher, when the approver requests more information on the purchase requisition from the requester user, the requester user is then given the options to Approve or Reject the requisition.

Due to this issue, requesters are able to approve their own requisitions when more information is requested. This is a violation of the internal approval processes in place by the business.
It is expected that the requester user will not be able to approve or reject his or her own requisitions from the More Information Requested notifications.


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The requester creates a new requisition and submits for approval.
2. The approver opens the approval notification and selects "Request More Information" from the requester.
3. The requester opens the More Information Requested notification from the worklist. The Approve and Reject buttons are visible and the requester is able to Approve the requisition from here.
These buttons "Approve" and "Reject" should not be visible.
