Symptoms

When attempting to update service PO through excel upload functionality
the following error occurs.

ERROR

PaymentType is invalid. Please provide a valid value

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. BWC > Orders > query PO
3. Option : Update with Excel
4. Purchase Order Spreadsheet > Program > Errors out
