Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPN) Update Form Failures For Unchanged Past Dates (Doc ID 2501395.1)

Symptoms

Cannot set 'Effective To' date for Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) because system displays error.

ERROR
Form validation failures:
Date "15-Nov-2018" in "Effective To" must be greater than or equal to "11-Dec-2018".
Date "23-Apr-2018" in "Effective To" must be greater than or equal to "11-Dec-2018".

Here is an example from a test where past dates on other entries were failing:

WORKAROUND
Delete any past dates or change them to current dates.

RECENT CHANGES
Upgrade from 12.2.6 to 12.2.7
* It worked good in 12.2.6 version.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Product Hub (PDH/PIM) > Items > Item Search : Find an item,
2. Choose Manufacturer Part Numbers,
3. Try to update an entry,
4. Receive the error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
Engineers cannot disable incorrect MPNs, so they can generate many problems for Purchasing team...

Changes

Upgrade from 12.2.6 to 12.2.7
* It worked good in 12.2.6 version.
