Symptoms
On : 11.1.0.2 version, Publishing Wizard
When attempting to publish to Knowledge Center,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Communication with a Knowledge Center server failed. Error:Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Publish to Knowledge Center
2. See error
