Symptoms

Manually updating tasks to 100% and then submitting (whether via mass progress or within the task itself) is not flowing all the way through in EBS and thus in Business Intelligence (BI). As BI no longer recognizes system-generated Physical Percent Complete at all, have no way to show tasks as complete.
