On : 12.2.4 version, Accounting Issues in AP
When attempting to run online create accounting, the following error occurs.

Create Accounting Program - Completed Error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payables responsibility
2. Go to Workbench and account online invoice/payment
3. Request is in Error though invoice/payment is accounted
