In dispensing form getting error 'There Is No Pending Quantity To Dispense' (Doc ID 2503109.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.4 version, MES/Dispensing


In the Dispensing form, the quantity pending to be dispensed is 0,  and user is getting the error message 'There is no Pending Quantity to dispense'  ( GMO_DISP_NO_PEND_QTY_ERR (
