Actual Behavior
In BIP version, in any browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome), the Data Model Editor Viewport does not properly cover all the displayable area in the bottom of the screen.
Expanding the Bursting Node will results in the following visual glitches:

---- Data Model Properties Column
NOTE : Data Model Properties Column with numerous treeview items
 * Scrollbar is truncated to the bottom
 * "Bursting" node (last one) is invisible inaccessible because overflowing)

Example when bursting node is expanded->The bursting node cannot be accessible and scrolling down reach the limit.

---- Diagram Tab
* Scrollbar is truncated to the bottom
* Long Data Set blocks get visually truncated making it hard to use the last field "Drop function for Aggregate Here"

---- Structure Tab
* Scrollbar is truncated to the bottom
* Last elements when having many elements (scrollbar) does not always show up properly or is truncated

---- Data Tab Tab
* Scrollbar is truncated to the bottom
* Data XML is visually truncated

-- Code Tab
* Scrollbar is truncated to the bottom
* Last line () is truncated or invisible

Expected Behavior
The Data Model Editor should cover the full viewable interface and allow access to all features.
