Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Framework, OA Framework related issues
After applying CPU / Security Patches (28840561, 28884056, etc), users are receiving error in dialog box titled 'Message from webpage' with message 'Work in progress' during navigation in the html oa framework based pages. This can occur in Technology products (Applications Manager, etc) or functional products.
If users click ok, the navigation will proceed.
The issue can occur in any functional application product modules which use OA Framework technology (iStore, iSupport, etc), and the below solution applies to these functional products as well.
