Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Expenditure Processing
A project period cannot be closed due to receiving transaction exceptions. After running "PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events" only 1 line was transferred to projects and many duplicate lines were rejected with the message "Rejection Reason : Create Events API did not pick this lin".
With some investigation it appears that a receipt was amended several times, twice in October, for an invoice already paid. This seems to have somehow generated these receiving transactions erroneously. I think a data fix might be required to remove these so the period can be closed.
