Adding NFR at the End of a Fleet Shipment Does Not Update the Successive Shipments for the Driver (Doc ID 2504202.1)

Symptoms

Inserting an NFR on the end of the first of 2 consecutive driver assigned shipments did not update the first stop of the second shipment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is when an NFR is added at the end of a shipment then the same stop should be added to the successive shipment and redrive run to roll the stop date/times.
