Merge: Can the Same Address Reference be used for both FROM/TO for Customer Merge? (Doc ID 2504415.1)

Goal

Can the same address reference be generated for the "To" site (hz_cust_acct_sites_all.orig_system_reference)  that currently exists for the with "From" customer?

When account merge is done between customer accounts, can the same address reference of "From" Customer site be used when creating the site for the "To" Customer?   (hz_cust_acct_sites.orig_system_reference)

 

Steps to be Performed:

1. Navigation : Receivables Responsibility > Customers > Account Merge

2. Select From and To Customer

3. Reference is displayed for From customer.

4. Reference is blank for To customer. After merge, reference will be generated.
