Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.3 version, when trying to preview a topic in Try It!, the Developer displays an intermittent error message.

See It! mode is not available for this topic.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch UPK Developer
2. Select a Topic
3. Select Preview field.  Select  TryIt! and Click the go arrow  ->
4. Error message: Preview Unsuccessful - See It! mode is not available for this topic.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: Intermittent error message when trying to Preview a topic.
