Cannot Change the Status Of Service Request From Closed Status to Open (Doc ID 2505073.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Tab

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Create Service Request form,unable to change the status of the Service request from Closed to Open.The Status List of Values has no values .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the status list of values to Show Open Status so that Service Request can be changed to open status in the Create Service Request form


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications
2. Go to Service Responsibility
3. Customer Care >Contact Center
4.Query for Service Request
5.In Service Request Tab Click Details Button to open the Create Service Request form

Observe that unable to change the status of the Service request from Closed to Open.The Status List of Values has no values .
