Issue EAM Operation Completion Date Is Not The System Date (Doc ID 2505353.1)

Goal

When completing an operation in EAM, the operation complete date is not set to the system date. We already set the profile option for the work order completion date to be system date. The user guide states that it should be the system date and that it cannot be changed on page 3-60 of the user guide for eam dated sept 2018. Please confirm how the system determine the completion date.
