Symptoms

Site Hub Attributes not appearing in the map

Problem Description
------------------------
While adding a new purpose for the Site no attributes appear in the map

Steps:
----------
1) Site Management User
2) Create New Site and  choose a Purpose.
3) Enter Attribute Data
4) View Map . (All Attributes appear in the map)
