On : 12.1.3 version, Requisition Creation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user deletes the one time address(By submitting the change) attachments gets deleted after requisition is finally approved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user deletes the one time address(By submitting the change) attachments gets deleted after requisition is finally approved.
Expectation : System should not show one time attachment for in process requisition if the use had deleted the address.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Add one time address and submit the requisition for approval
3. Requisition is approved
4. Now user deletes the one time address
5. Same user / approvers can still see the one attachment until the requisition is finally approved
