Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Lease Authoring

In Lease Management, when running Lease Contract Open Interface program , it fails with error  :

ERROR
------------
Error 1: Additional Terms flag is not enabled. Please check System Option setup.
Error 1: Please enter column RGD_CODE = AMLARL value starts with OKLEXT for contract/line = <ContractNumber>/ in OKL_TERMS_INTERFACE table.

STEPS
-----------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate okl_header_interface, okl_lines_interface, okl_terms_interface
2. Run lease contract open interface program
