Symptoms
When attempting to hire one employee into a vacancy,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"APP-PER-412006: The assignment was not found. Please select a valid assignment."
"APP-PER-412006: The assignment was not found. Please select a valid assignment."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. People> Enter and maintain> Query Employee
2. Date Track to 11-FEB-2019
3. Hire Applicant
4. Update primary assignment
