User Seeing Incorrect Responsibilities As Proxy User (Doc ID 2506337.1)

After upgrade to 12.2.6 version, proxy user sees incorrect list of responsibilities.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
User A assigns proxy to User B with some responsibilities.
User B logs in and switches to User A.
On clicking some function which does not have responsibility assigned, pop up
gets opened which shows "Please choose a responsibility under which to
execute the function".
This pop up should show only the responsibilities assigned by user A.
Problem: Currently it is showing all the active responsibilities of User A.
