Outputting RTF to CSV changes column order
This issue does not occur if output to a different file - excel, word, pdf, ...

For example, the order of the columns in the *.rtf are:
Balance
Employee Name
Employee #
Deduction Amount
Start Date
End Date

Order of the CSV output:
Employee #
Balance
Start Date
End Date
Employee Name
Deduction Amount
